alle beoordelingen weergevenGreat class. Super challenging in the best way. Was a little confused a couple times but thats to be expected being a first timer. Not necessarily beginner friendly but of course you can set your own pace. I felt like I caught on quicker bc Ive been working out at Bunda which has a very similar format. I noticed other reviews complained ab the loud music. It didnt seem abnormally loud to me. The volume (&lights) adjusted with the pushes which I loved!! It actually helped me push harder. Definitely expect to be sore tomorrow & most certainly plan on coming back.
