alle beoordelingen weergevenBarre Bootcamp is a great class! The class incorporates both light (2-5lbs) & medium dumbbells (10-15lbs) which I like. Lisa leads with a great pace. My heart rate tends to be higher in this class than in others. It’s also a longer class. Thanks Space Three!

alle beoordelingen weergevenClass was amazing! Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. Today was my first day but the atmosphere made me feel like I was home with family. The class/workout was therapeutic and a burn but I will be back soon!!!! Highly recommend ☺️
