From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that set the tone for an incredible workout. Booking my class was a breeze, and checking in was also a breeze. I appreciated how easy it was to secure my spot, which made my busy schedule much more manageable. The studio itself is beautifully designed, with a clean and vibrant aesthetic that instantly boosts your energy levels. The spin class was nothing short of fantastic! The instructor was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly motivating. Their clear instructions and cues made it easy for everyone, regardless of fitness level, to follow along and get the most out of the session. I felt supported every step of the way, and the enthusiasm they brought to the class was contagious. The music selection was upbeat and perfectly curated to keep the energy high throughout the ride. Each track was carefully chosen to match the intensity of the workout, which made it impossible not to pedal with a smile on my face. And lots of reminders to breath. I loved how the playlist included a mix of feel-good anthems that kept me pushing through even the toughest moments. What truly set SMART Fitness apart for me was the inspirational vibe that permeated the entire class. There was a sense of community among the participants, and the instructor's encouragement to challenge ourselves while celebrating our achievements created an uplifting environment. I left the class not only feeling physically invigorated but also mentally uplifted. Overall, I highly recommend SMART Fitness to anyone looking for a top-notch spin experience. The combination of excellent management, easy booking, clear instructions, and positive energy makes it a hidden gem in the fitness world. Even though it was called hip hop "kick", it was 90% air punching and very little kicking, not sure if it's always like that. The class is inside Fitness Works on the third floor, so you have to walk through the gym.
