alle beoordelingen weergevenEs hat wirklich total Spaß gemacht. Helen hat (für mich als Anfänger) alles in Ruhe erklärt und auch sehr auf die richtige Ausführung geachtet, was ich sehr schätze! Ich habe mich wirklich wohl gefühlt. Das Studio ist generell auch sehr einladend, hell und gemütlich (in einem kleinen Hinterhof gelegen). Ich werde wiederkommen :)

Sofia was LOVELY and we really enjoyed her class ... and she was kind enough to translate to English when needed which we were thankful for !! The only thing was that we had a hard time finding the studio and felt the signage could've been a bit better ... but we would for sure recommend the class ! Thank you !

She offered different variations of an exercise for more beginners or advanced people. The class was clearly well planned ahead, she didn’t just come up with it in the moment, which was so reassuring because I experienced in other classes that the teachers were like: “oook, what should we do now…”. I will definitely return to this class!
