If something isn’t quite right, she gently corrects your form and offers modifications when needed. The instructor was great at guiding the class from start to finish. She made sure everyone understood the movements and kept an eye on form throughout. I work from home and don’t have a lot of upper body strength, so I was a little nervous going in. She adjusted things for me and gave me alternative movements so I could keep up while still getting a solid workout. Overall, it felt supportive and well structured. I left feeling accomplished and more confident, and I would definitely go back.
