alle beoordelingen weergevenI really wanted to give this class a 4 but I just can’t. It was a great class. I’m giving it a 5. Imani is a fantastic instructor. I’m just not back into full Pilates form quite yet. The ab work is tough but I found a way to get through it. The leg work was easier for me and I’m gonna feel my quads and glutes later. Loved the flow of the work out. Lots of things starting to come back to me from previous Pilates experience which was at least a good 20 yrs ago. This was a good class to dive back into the practice. Thank you so much for an invigorating class. I will be back soon.

alle beoordelingen weergevenImani is awesome—she is so encouraging and compassionate, she always leads an interesting, challenging, but fun flow, and her playlists are THE BEST. I’ve been taking this class with her for three months and I’ve gotten so much stronger and much more confident. The class is approachable for beginners (which is why I started going!) but never gets boring. I cannot recommend Imani’s mat Pilates class enough. Truly transformative ♥️
