alle beoordelingen weergevenI signed up through class pass, so I’m not a regular member but if you’re looking for a good drop in class this is a good one. It’s intense but in a good way. Class size are smaller so for me it was a much better experience not being on top of people or super close. Make sure you bring your yoga mat! I forgot mine and had to pay $5 which honestly isn’t bad at all when places like HOTWORX charge like $15 or $20!

I’m also going back for the sauna, I love that you get to relax and your head isn’t enclosed. I’ve also been afraid of not being able to breathe 😅
