alle beoordelingen weergevenThis class was amazing! Small (only 3 people, though I’m not sure if it’s always like that) and very informative. I liked the very relaxed and open vibe. Gii encouraged us to talk to each other and ask her questions whenever needed, which was definitely needed. I was adequately challenged for a gentle yoga class and never felt pressured to force specific poses I couldn’t do comfortably. I loved it!

It’s nice to have a smaller class it allowed Hunter to work with individuals on proper technique/form to ensure participants desired results and goals are achieved. I will definitely return and even try some of the other great classes that are available!
