I understand it's a new studio and they are still in the process of building, but I look forward to attending more classes.

alle beoordelingen weergevenWhat I liked was that it was a good workout, it was tough and I was sweating like crazy which is what I want. The instructor is NOT for everyone though. He is very impatient and gets irritated if you don’t get it. The other women there didn’t seem to mind being LITERALLY pushed around by him or just don’t tell him anything. He seems like he is playing with them, I do not like seeing that at all. I dont mind the yelling and pushing us to go harder, I welcome that, but I am uncomfortable with the physical poking and pushing. But the workout is tough and will definitely work you out!
