She was patient and professional - did a body face style analysis for me to align on recommended hair lengths and explained carefully to help me understand styles and options. They did a scalp health check and I learnt why scalp was itchy cos it was too dry. She recommended a hair scalp treatment and gave tips about water temperature and frequency of wash. Overall I love how she is professional and engaging yet not pushy. I will come back again
