The had a variety of good equipment that covered all aspects of fitness (powerlifting, Olympic, bodybuilding, functional, CrossFit, etc.). If they had a 4.5 star I would have given - the small drawback Im not a huge fan of rap music and a little on the loud side. Good experience and would recommend overall.

It got kind of discouraging, because I felt like I just couldn’t get it right while others in the class could. BUT the instructor did a great job and I think I would have been a bit more comfortable if the class had more than 3 other people, but that’s not anyone’s fault.
