So it’s a good class for beginners even though it was a demanding class. Angela is very available to assist and really paid attention to what the people in the class were doing.

The class was very spacious and the instructor was great at providing accommodations or help to everyone. Many people commented on the extra noise going on in the background but I didn’t mind. Great beginner class.

I wish there had been more options for making it more challenging, but I could have done that with heaviest weights if I had picked them. I would definitely go again.
