alle beoordelingen weergeven5 stars for Lisa! Really enjoyed her Mat Pilates class. I especially appreciate that she did not allow filming during the session. It makes the class feel more comfortable and respectful for everyone. The front desk staff are also very accommodating. The lockers have individual codes, which is definitely a plus. There’s also a small area where you can get drinks, coffee, and matcha. The whole studio has a clean, aesthetic vibe. Overall, a very good experience!

She has a yoga approach (before and after the session) and she’s not a “bossy” instructor. The matcha / coffee area is great too, with multiple options and great drinks. Had a chat with the owner, she’s lovely. And for me, location is perfect

Shes really friendly and knows what shes doing, she was very encouraging and engaging throughout the whole workout! Super fun class, will be going again!

Her lower-body focused class is easily one of the best I’ve done, especially her signature Reverse Floor Curtsy Lunge, which has become my absolute favorite for targeting the glutes. Highly recommended.
