alle beoordelingen weergeven⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Stretch & Flex Class! I attended the Stretch and Flex class for the first time, and it was an amazing experience! Alessia came over to say hi and asked if I had any concerns since it was my first time, which immediately put me at ease. Her instructions were easy to follow, and she went around the room to check on everyone, making sure we were all doing the movements correctly. It's clear she genuinely cares about everyone in the class, no matter their experience level. I left feeling relaxed, looser, and looking forward to my next session. Highly recommend this class to anyone — whether you're a beginner or a regular!

alle beoordelingen weergevenOutstanding! The class was exactly what I wanted and friendly for all levels beginners to advanced. The coach is very knowledgeable and will adjust to your level accordingly. We did a lot of handstands (well attempts I would say) cartwheels, rolls and so on, everything was soft and safe, so if you don’t know how to do that prepare to be learned.
