As a first timer I wasn’t given any instructions on where to go, place my items or where the toilet is etc. Otherwise good - class started on time and was a lovely experience thank you.

She gave very clear instructions, demonstrating each movement while also explaining what to focus on, and made sure we maintained the correct form throughout the class. The facility is beautiful and well-equipped, and the studio was spacious and comfortable. The AC was a little loud, but thankfully she used a microphone, so I had no trouble hearing her. I will come back for sure!

She doesn’t just guide you through the poses, she explains the how and why behind the practice, which makes the whole experience more meaningful. Now I understand why people fall in love with yoga. Shivanshi somehow makes you do more without pushing you too much, which I really appreciated. There were only two of us in the class, so it felt almost like a private session with plenty of attention. Nice atmosphere, good location, and great facilities. Definitely a different kind of challenge from reformer, and I loved it!
