She gives clear, easy-to-follow instructions and pays great attention to technique, making the class both challenging and enjoyable. Her calm, encouraging approach creates a welcoming atmosphere for all levels. Highly recommend her classes!

I wish they make her permanent here!! she started the class slow with basics and made it intense but achievable for everyone. she was fantastic and I really really wish they bring her back soon.

alle beoordelingen weergevenYou will hate Eloise the whole class but as soon as it’s over be immensely grateful for her. The motivation and expertise she brings to every class is unmatched - this was especially obvious the last two weeks while she was on holidays. No other instructor came close to her levels of energy and skill. I have always struggled to stay consistent with my Pilates practice but since Eloise took over this Saturday morning class back in January I haven’t missed a single week! I give her full credit for my own progress and confidence she has built in me and everyone else that attends her classes.

So keep in mind that the studio maybe will be closed if you arrive early and if you are like me that loves to do yoga between something or live far away and need to take a shower the studio will be closed. Sorry for the inconvenience from my side. Thanks for the class and love 🤎

alle beoordelingen weergevenJane’s Sunday evening class in Segotia is easily the highlight of my week, it’s the best way to end the weekend and prepare for the week ahead. I always leave feeling like I’m floating. 🤍 The Yin practice itself is always gentle, and Jane regularly introduces readings, poetry and music, complimenting the poses in a subtle way and always around a wider theme that is weaved throughout the practice. The environment is so calm, and Jane’s teaching is so thoughtful.

alle beoordelingen weergevenI did the Vinyasa, the Pilates & the hand stand workshop tonight & Aga was consistent throughout. The sessions flowed seamlessly, each into the next. The yoga was somewhat more intense than other sessions of Aga’s,, with more rapid transitions, but I enjoy a challenge & I like that Aga’s shares positive perspectives on progression, which motivate me to put in a lot of effort. Aga demonstrates as much as necessary & also asserts with adjustments to facilitate achievement & optimize outcomes. The guidance towards the end of the yoga session was exceptionally well paced & delivered, the words warm, the tone perfectly pitched & gradually fading out to silence the voice, leaving just the music & leading into a very soothing Savasana. Thank you Aga.
