She gives clear, easy-to-follow instructions and pays great attention to technique, making the class both challenging and enjoyable. Her calm, encouraging approach creates a welcoming atmosphere for all levels. Highly recommend her classes!

The motivation and expertise she brings to every class is unmatched - this was especially obvious the last two weeks while she was on holidays. No other instructor came close to her levels of energy and skill. I have always struggled to stay consistent with my Pilates practice but since Eloise took over this Saturday morning class back in January I haven’t missed a single week! I give her full credit for my own progress and confidence she has built in me and everyone else that attends her classes.

alle beoordelingen weergevenTaise is so knowledgeable, and her workouts are full of "oh I haven't used this muscle properly in a while" moments, exactly what makes reformer so great. Her classes are expertly structured and flow really well and she is kind but does not go easy either!

You can really tell she cares about how you're doing, She watches over you, corrects your posture, and pays attention to every detail throughout the practice. I left amazed and I need more classes with her. Please add her to more schedule slots, she is fantastic!!! 🤩🙏🏻

I always leave feeling like I’m floating. 🤍 The Yin practice itself is always gentle, and Jane regularly introduces readings, poetry and music, complimenting the poses in a subtle way and always around a wider theme that is weaved throughout the practice. The environment is so calm, and Jane’s teaching is so thoughtful.
