Albert, one of the trainers whom I mentioned this to was so supportive and attentive. He was still firm and pushed me on my level of effort during the exercises but did it in a very pleasant and caring way. Will definitely be back.

Had tingling sensation around my heart area in the class, so her work really heals deeply on an energetic level. Wish triyoga opened a Chiswick studio..have just moved and there’s none like triyoga (yoga west is closed down) . Came all the way to Ealing just for Charlie’s class. Heavenly

I showed up with no idea WOD I was letting myself in for and thank goodness as I don’t think I’d have showed up otherwise 😄 Really brilliant. I felt like I’d really achieved something along with everyone else in the class. You could feel everyone was giving their best. Inspiring atmosphere and encouraging teacher - thanks Sam!

Members use their cards to access the gym floor so they had to unlock doors for me. The gym isn’t massive but has everything you need and it wasn’t very busy on a Saturday afternoon
