Sue , Amanda and Kelly are all amazing instructors and take the time to ensure everybody is comfortable and will give assistance when needed. The facility is beautiful with an outdoor shower, ice bath, filtered water and more. They really go above and beyond in providing a relaxing experience while simultaneously giving you a fantastic workout!
