Her voice is soft and soothing, and she chose music that didn’t clash w her speaking, which was a nice change as I often find super loud EDM makes it hard to hear the instructor and creates a chaotic energy. I look forward to taking her class again, her energy was, kind and the workout was intense… Shaking a ton in my bootyfor sure!

I have been to several different versions around LA and this is the most welcoming atmosphere and best time I have had. Samantha is a fantastic instructor and you can tell how passionate she is about working with us for optimal performance without hurting ourselves. She is about building strength up and loving our bodies for pushing boundaries! I absolutely recommend this is any and every one looking to enjoy the Pilates experience!

I didn’t really know what to expect with the heavy metal aspect but as someone who doesn’t typically listen to metal, it was an honestly an awesome combination. Hope to see it again on the schedule and will take another class with Tina regardless!

Very thorough with her showing us each exercise and give us alternatives but also challenged the entire class to challenge ourselves!

A few improvement notes - Class started a few minutes late and it sounded like someone was playing video games behind the wall? The constant clicking became very distracting. Overall, I really loved the intimate space with only 6 reformers for more opportunity for corrections. Looking forward to coming back to this studio!
