Ewa encourages everyone to take what they need and never shames anyone if they take a break or hold something for longer. Zero ego in the room and honestly the best energy re-set. Tough but so encouraging & inspiring. You can tell he loves what he does. I did Nelson’s last week, what a joke. He thinks he’s so funny, but he’s not. Don’t let a full, big class fool you. The workout was just ok. Not here for clout. All the others just seem to have egos for the following, but frank is real, consistent, and just the best! Quality over quantity always! 🙏🏾🙌🏽💕

Not so much to my liking but teacher was sweet and catered the class to our needs, the sound healing at the last 20 minutes were quite powerful, and I enjoyed it after all.

The studio is super cute — right near the design district with plenty of parking, which is always a win. It had been a while since I’d taken a yoga class, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I walked out feeling like I’d just gotten a full body massage. Like genuinely melted. 10/10, would absolutely recommend — whether you’re a regular or coming back to yoga after some time away.

TBH the owners invested in this place and it shows. Tia was a great instructor, so knowledgeable and patient with students making sure they know how to use the machine. The studio feels like a SPA, you walk in and just feel comfortable and relaxed.
