alle beoordelingen weergevenkailey is awesome! she guides you through and encourages you to stay with your breath and not be focused on output. this was a heated class which I didnt realize, so it winded me a little; but the wind down at the end was very relaxing. also excellent music taste, lots of the same electronic/ambient music I do yoga to at home!
