Perfect for releasing tension, stepping out of your comfort zone while feeling completely at ease throughout. The mind-body connection was wonderful. Anna, the instructor, is super friendly and radiates incredibly positive energy. After attending on Monday, I felt great all week. In fact, the first thing I did when I got home from the class was to book for the next session. Also, CasaPaz studio is new and absolutely beautiful.

Está al pendiente de cómo vas si es tu primera clase. En lo personal aprecié mucho que guiara la clase tanto en Catalán como en Castellano. Su energía muy bonita y el estudio súper bien. Tal y como lo indican, indispensable llevar calcetines antideslizantes y toalla grande para cubrir el mat. El candado es opcional y solamente si llevas cargando muchas cosas, si solamente llevas un bolso pequeñito tienen unos mini lockers ahí con llave donde lo puedes dejar mientrAs tomas la clase. ¡Sin duda volvería!
