I attended an evening class, darkened lighting gently lit with LED candles— so soothing. Kekoa’s cues were thoughtful and soothing, encouraging me to really drop in and focus deeply inward. An exceptional experience.

alle beoordelingen weergevenI don’t know how because Merida is by far the greatest instructor and her classes are always phenomenal, but this one was the best I have seen her in action. Her instruction, her dialogue, her humor, her actions, her pose instruction was incredible. She was on top of her already elite game. Just loved it.

They offer great verbal cues/ adjustments that help strengthen my poses, and Collyn offers amazing hands on adjustments. Friday classes with Collyn are just the best way to unwind from the week and start the weekend. Highly recommend!

For the more advanced yogis, she offers more advanced poses and stretches for you to try in class, while also helping beginners perfect their poses. And her music selection is always on point. I followed Regina here from another studio - she is truly the best!

And the Encinitas studio has got to be the prettiest most peaceful studio around with the big windows on two sides and the sunlight coming in through the trees in the late afternoon. It’s a very peaceful environment and I really enjoyed the class and the instructor.
