Every muscle was shaking, the pump was PUMPING, and I left feeling sooo good. I seriously love this studio š«¶š½

The instructor went around throughout the class and made sure that everyone had proper form and was very helpful and caring. I also enjoyed the playlist. Good pop tunes without being too loud and crazy.

alle beoordelingen weergevenFirst, the studio is stunning and clean. Parking was a breeze and BLM shares a parking lot w a grocery store so it was easy to grab a juice after class. Fallon is a strong instructor, she provided clear instructions and was very welcoming considering it was 5:45 am. I have a membership at Pilates Platinum and attend Solid Core if I am in a city offering SC. That being said today was my first time using bands in a reformer class, we also did some hamstring work that was a first for me. I really appreciate formats that work to keep it fresh. I should mention the stretch was thorough and effective. Iāll definitely come again when I am in the San Diego area. A+

Amidst all the challenging moves, Natalie continued to emphasize controlled movement and breath. Free parking out front as well.
