It was led by Hanna and she made me feel so comfortable and was an incredible instructor. All of the movements were easy to follow along and Hanna assisted when needed. This is something I actually really appreciated. Harmony has smaller classes so the instructors can pay close attention to form and when you’re new to working out this is a huge plus!

This was such a great class, he began with the philosophy of permissive flow and made it very clear that he is a there to provide instruction but we should let our bodies guide our movement. This went at a very good pace and everyone was WORKED regardless of experience or fitness. He frequently checked in with the group and all around brought amazing energy. And then individually acknowledged everyone at the end of the class. The whole experience was wonderful and empowering, 12/10 would recommend.

You also get to learn how to use a ton of different machines and how to do lots of exercises properly. It was very personalized and explained well.
