Florin pushes us to a max with the right tone and explains all the choreographies in a clear way. The staff are super helpful and friendly, facilities are always clean (you can see staff constantly cleaning around during all hours) and there is plenty of space to accommodate everyone. Equipments are new and well maintained and you can spot PTs around who can help answer questions.

alle beoordelingen weergevenReally good experience - treatments were explained in full and really was a comfortable and peaceful treatment, they have lots to choose from and was guided in terms of issues for example with my back, lovely venue could have done with maybe electrolytes after the sauna but to be honest I just hydrated with my own water but was offered water though. Will go back and want to try other treatments I recommend,

alle beoordelingen weergevenI booked a 30 min session of acupuncture as I had a very stiff neck. Kerry was lovely. We first discussed the symptoms, and then she placed the needle. Right is the tightest point, I could feel the tension melting. She also did an amazing deep tissue massage. The massage was painful as all deep tissue massage, so maybe no ideal if you just want to relax. I could immediately feel the benefit, and the day after my neck is already much better. Thabk you.
