I wouldn’t say it was for beginners because some times the coach just told us what to so instead of showing it so it can be hard for someone that doesn’t know yoga terms.

I called them to confirm that there weren't any extra charges due to a review that was left and I can confirm the service was fully paid by the class pass credits and I left a tip that's separate. my massage was given by Regine who was very thorough and towards the second half, almost put me to sleep lol! The location is so peaceful and you can't tell from the outside but it's a pretty big space once you walk into the inside portion which has a beautiful waterfall decor along with trees in low lighting that make you want to stay there all day. There is a changing room, a shower area, and a Sauna! There's a separate area for men too (I only saw the woman's section). Will definitely be going back!

They seem to be really swamped during the post-work hours on weekdays which my nail tech confirmed, so I'd recommend coming a different time than that. Overall the nails look solid and they have a good selection of colors and add ons.

I got asked about the products I use and detailed questions about how my skin feels and what hasn’t worked for me. I have rosacea and she was super informative about what triggers it and how to keep it calm and provided sampler serums. The facial itself was very detailed and my skin feels super hydrated.
