alle beoordelingen weergevenIt was such a good way to start my Sunday, some movement, relaxing, breathing… the place was so beautiful and the coach was lovely. I wouldn’t say it was for beginners because some times the coach just told us what to so instead of showing it so it can be hard for someone that doesn’t know yoga terms.
