    Chi had a calm and reassuring energy. It was my first time in his class and he was keeping an eye on me and giving detailed explanations about the poses in a discrete manner which I really appreciated. I have tried a few other FG classes and would definitely recommend this if it is your first time.

    I went to the women’s Muay Thai class and had such a fantastic experience! Everyone was super encouraging and helpful it was my first time trying Muay Thai and they were great at breaking down each move in an easy understandable way. Everyone had different levels of experience but were super supportive. Had so much fun!
