alle beoordelingen weergevenI have been to many of Emily’s classes and usually they always leave me feeling like I just worked out muscles I didn’t know existed! This class however took that to the next level to the point where the moves felt slightly awkward and there wasn’t great flow. I’m not sure if she was trying out a new sequence/playlist but even as someone who is an “intermediate” Pilates girl this class left me confused. That being said she’s a great instructor and is always there to make sure you’re doing the moves correctly- no matter how confusing they are!

alle beoordelingen weergevenGreat beginner class! Brian was super informative and helpful, you can tell he really understands the craft and is a great teacher. I’ve never taken a Pilates class before and this was a great start. It was slow paced but still difficult to engage the muscles.

alle beoordelingen weergevenVery good instructor! Beautiful space! Great workout. My glutes are going to be sore tomorrow! It would have been helpful to know that it is #20 facing 29th. There is a sign for the studio, but the directions say to turn on Wyandot. Without knowing it’s around the corner, class passers may stand at the locked metal gate of 2901 Wyandot in confusion. Like me! Thankfully someone directed me to the right place!
