alle beoordelingen weergevenI feel like this is the type of workout which gets easier as you attend more classes. I had an easier type with the choreography this time. The format is efficient and the class goes by quickly, hitting all body parts. You can also figure out modifications if needed (I have a screw in my foot, so skip the slider ab series and just plank). The studio is very cute and whimsical, which is nice on a Monday morning!
