    Barbell Class

    Have to admit I was full of trepidation going to is class. It’s been a long time since I’ve done any kind of weights. I spin, row and do Pilates but wanted to start doing weights to strengthen my bone density. I’m 63. My fears were unfounded. Justin the coach was amazing. He worked with me on proper form. And geared my workout to my ability by altering a few of the exercises. Justin helped me feel comfortable and welcome. The next day I was sore, but a “good sore”. Even the other clients were super supportive. Looking forward to returning. I believe any level would find this class worth while.
