Though I’ve been coming to CKO for years, the partner pad-work class is new and this was my first time attending. It was a tough workout but worth it. The class consisted of people of beginner and intermediate levels and the coach was great at catering to each person individually as well as in a group setting. Gym was clean and the people were nice, I’ll definitely be back soon 💪🏽
