alle beoordelingen weergevenGreat class. Very sweaty! very spicy! I almost brought a friend to his class who was a beginner and I'm kind of glad I did not. This class was not for the faint of heart. The flow was not complicated but if you didn't know postures, I can see this being a little difficult for someone green. That said I enjoyed it a lot!

Alexis instructions were clear and detailed, so I always knew how to perform each exercise with proper form. A really thoughtful touch was the cold towel at the end of class. It was the perfect way to finish an excellent workout. I’ll definitely be taking another class with Alexis!
