Bruce was a great instructor, he explained what to expect and encouraged me to go at my own pace, and not stress about keeping up with others. He also helped me get set up on the bike. I paced myself, definitely worked up a sweat, and had an amazing workout!!Will definitely return!

It’s a beat/rhythmic based spin class that incorporates lots of choreography into the class which makes the class so much fun. It’s also the perfect south florida setting being at the beach overlooking the ocean… and they have complimentary recovery sessions for you to try. Everyone who works there is so nice and helpful. Highly recommend! 👏🏼 Just an FYI: you do need to pay for street parking (~$5) or valet (it’s validated at $10) & it’s weather dependent since it’s outside, but so so worth it. 🫶

Definitely try to get there at least 15/20minutes before hand so you can physically be prepared and mentally be ready. It was a great workout and I can’t wait to try it again
