Though it’s fun it does also require a lot of arm & core strength & understanding that you may or may not be bruised & sore for days. Otherwise I loved it & do see myself going back!

The stretches were just right - very yin and relaxed 🧘♀️. Highly recommend giving Diana's Deep Stretch class a try!! ✨ Even though the room was slightly full, the studio is spacious enough that nobody felt cramped or on top of each other. The crowd was great too, genuinely friendly and welcoming, not cliquey at all. I also had a nice chat with Will, the owner, after class. He's such a sweetheart, incredibly warm and clearly knows his stuff! As a bonus, the studio is really easy to find and has a ton of parking right in the shopping center lot 🙌 I'm already looking forward to my next visit!
