    Trish is a great instructor! She explained everything well and offered modifications as well as advancements and has great energy! I would suggest doing the intro to Solidcore or other reformer type class before a normal class. Great workout!

    Loved this class! Had 3 stations with 3 different exercises and 4 rounds of AMRAP max effort with 3 short breaks for ab cycles in between. Was easy to increase the challenge and a great workout. There's one shower and they have towels if you need them.
