Sometimes instructors can speak too fast or too slow or too rigid that it disrupts holding my postures but she spoke in a way that was very graceful, calm but still challenging. Perfect!

Not what I was expecting at all it’s way more intense but Kym was great at helping me and kept assuring me that it’s ok to not be able to do the moves fully. Make sure you bring a good amount of water and an extra towel to wipe your sweat because you will need them! Highly recommend!!
