The teacher and staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a good experience and it was much appreciated.

alle beoordelingen weergevenMeagan is great! The first 30 minutes of class are a very light “flow” and the next 30 are deep stretching and yin poses. Big fan of closing my week with this class. The front desk gentleman is also really kind and wonderful! The only negative is the lobby is small so be prepared to stand around a bit to wait to retrieve your items after class.

The only thing I don't like is that the reformer class is visible to the street and the inside so it's really distracting to see all of the people coming in and out and cars driving by. I wish there was a light-filtering privacy film on the windows to focus more on the class and less on what's going around. Other than the clear glass windows, I love this studio and the instructors are fantastic. If you download the Form YPS app and create an account using your ClassPass email, you can pick your spot and keep track of your classes!

I loved the exercises that she chose and I loved that I was working muscle and cardio together. Admittedly the cardio kicked my butt a little. I could have backed down but I love a challenge! I look forward to taking the class again!

Only problem was the room was 92 degrees which to me is just warm and I like the hot yoga classes that are at a higher temperature point. It still falls within the range of hot yoga just personal preference depends on what you like!

Not beginner friendly, so hopefully you’ve taken another hot yoga flow before. Format was a little over simulating for me with CONSTANT prompts where I was working to hard to listen to make sure I’m following along.
