alle beoordelingen weergevenMy favourite reformer class yet. Absolutely loved it and Amanda was the kindest and most chilled teacher. Felt so comfortable and she really focussed on alignment which is what I’m the most keen on getting better at with Reformer. Will be coming back!

We went through a whole-body warm up routine with a lot of interesting dynamic stretches and strengthening, and then we went through exciting circuits to develop our range of motion. Jatie is super engaging and very knowledgeable. Their teaching instructions and demos are super clear. Their energy is super contagious. The venue is awesome too. A great studio with great props and great facilities super close to the tube. I’m defo coming back! 🙌🏽

alle beoordelingen weergevenThe ashtanga-inspired flow today was great. Chaska's cues kept me anchored to the present throughout the class. I had never had so many cues for drishti. Chaska is able to explain he reasoning behind what we do, enhancing my practice. Her soft adjustment helped me get into the poses even more, yet gently. Her voice and words are so soft and clear that I always leave class feeling cleaned from within, with a relaxed and calm mind. I've only taken a handful of classes with her, but she has become my favourite teacher! Super professional
