alle beoordelingen weergevenLove this studio and this class but i noticed there are lots of new signs asking customers to be quiet in the corridor when there is a yoga class on however ironically in the yin portion I could hear staff washing up right outside and chatting the whole time - maybe just a note to be mindful about what sort of class is currently scheduled and close doors accordingly so the noise travels less. Otherwise great as always ❤️

This was my very first Aerial Hoop class and I was quite nervous at the beginning, but she made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. She has such a positive energy and is incredibly supportive, patient, and encouraging. Jennifer explains everything clearly, helps you build confidence, and makes sure everyone feels included regardless of their level. If you’re thinking about trying Aerial Hoop, I highly recommend taking a class with Jennifer. She made my first experience so enjoyable that I can’t wait to come back for more!

To add/discover your own style is challenging when not used to. The instructor helped with guiding that, while making the given sequences your own. The class felt good and asked for more so will definitely join again.

I had no idea what level to expect for the multilevel, but the teacher is super helpful & although all the people in the class are definitely intermediate/ advanced pole dancers, you can practice the parts that work for u so it is inclusive. Also it's pretty easy to follow the class even if u don't speak spanish + the teacher translates for you when needed :)
