The room is beautifully equipped and modern, I was able to connect my phone to the Bluetooth speaker in the sauna and listen to my meditation. You can choose the light as well depending on your healing objective. Water and electrolytes to hydrate afterwards with en suite shower and fluffy towels. The owner was super friendly, showed me what was what and then left me to it. everything is really clean, but it is basic.
