The studio itself is inviting, as I step in I love the light scent around the space. Absolutely gorgeous studio with high ceilings and well equipped. So happy to have found them. I had Steph who was kindest most encouraging instructor who took her time to guide me through and help me become confident with using the silks. It was such a fun class that brought elements of strength and flexibility to complete calmness and relaxation. It was the perfect mix. Ending with a sound bath swinging in the silks was the perfect end!!
