Started off with stretching, which is something I desperately need to do more of, and it helped me feel so loose and relaxed for the massage. The massage was excellent, focusing on areas I was noted during stretching to be tight. Julius checked in with me throughout the massage to make sure I was tolerating the pressure, and the cupping at the end was the cherry on top. I will be stopping here every time I’m in Fresno for work!
