alle beoordelingen weergevenThe class can be hard the first time as it moves quickly. Caryn gives great queues but between the form, changing weight, learning the combos it can be a lot. If you struggle with the class give it 2-3 more times and you’ll become addicted!

Definitely not giving you the zen aspect, but I loved being able to accomplish air poses I haven’t been able to do in my usual yoga classes. Personally, I do not like that people are able to film in classes, especially with tripods. Felt uncomfortable but this was a lot of fun, would take again with a friend!
