Wednesdays are my gym days so i did the gym at 530am and thought 12-13 hours before class was enough recovery time, but babbyy was i wrong. Dianne worked us, the energy, the music, the corporation of a flow and fitness was great, i absolutely loved it! My knees couldn’t take it! Lol Ms. Dianne now has me rethinking the gym! Great class beautiful.
