Wednesdays are my gym days so i did the gym at 530am and thought 12-13 hours before class was enough recovery time, but babbyy was i wrong. Dianne worked us, the energy, the music, the corporation of a flow and fitness was great, i absolutely loved it! My knees couldn’t take it! Lol Ms. Dianne now has me rethinking the gym! Great class beautiful.

alle beoordelingen weergevenJennifer is great!! We came to this studio years ago and loved it but after its recent renovation we’ve returned and love it even more. The hot 26 will keep you challenged and although the poses and instructions never change you’ll have a different experience every time you step up to the mat. The only thing this studio doesn’t have that I really love after a hot workout is a cold lavender towel. That would really just put this place over the top.

alle beoordelingen weergevenVery nice clean studio, yin style yoga class. It was a relaxing session with some stretches and ended with shavasana under some blankets like I was about to take a nap. The only thing I was not a fan of was the candle burning on one side of the room and essential oils diffusing on the other. I’m sensitive to fragrances, so I don’t plan on returning unfortunately.
