She reads the room very well, gives you variations, and she squeezes in some English so everyone is comfortable. She is one of those teachers who walks the room and helps with adjustments to your asana or challenges you to go further, if you want.

If Iâd have known, I would have brought my own. Also it would have been good to have the option of English instruction.
