Laura is a wonderful instructor, she pays close attention to everyone, gently correcting postures and making sure we're all properly aligned. Her energy is so calm and welcoming which makes the whole experience really enjoyable! The class was challenging but I had a great time. I definitely recommend this place!

She speaks both English and French and she has a very clear way of explaining how Lagree works and correct your movements. I would definitely recommend her, especially for first timers!
